Established in May 2011, we are the UK’s first and leading membership organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces.

With a membership of 40 organisations and growing, we provide creative engaging initiatives to build inclusive cultures, expertise in developing sustainable inclusion strategies, work as your external inclusion department acting as a catalyst for culture change by harnessing the diverse talent in your organisations so you can reap the commercial rewards of being an inclusive employer.
We work through organisations advocating an approach that helps everyone understand that diversity is about them and inclusion is their opportunity to add value and feel valued.

Richard McKenna
Director,

Richard is an innovator and works as a catalyst for culture change in organisations. His breadth of commercial knowledge enables him to generate new approaches to building inclusive cultures, that are both pushing boundaries whilst being organisationally appropriate.

Businesses that are committed to creating inclusive cultures and understanding that this will involve doing things differently brief Richard on a wide range of projects – including strategic inclusion planning, sustainable inclusion strategies, learning and development, employee engagement, board engagement, developing the business case, inclusive communications, events, articles and presentations.

As well as being Founding Director of Inclusive Employers, Richard is also a Director of inclusive communications specialist agency Strudel, was Chair of the African Palliative Care Association, and is currently Chair of The Prime Minister’s Champions group for Dementia Friendly Employers.

Richard has been a judge of The European Diversity Awards and for a number of member awards programmes.

Richard loves theatre and travel.

Rupert Moyne
Director,

Rupert leads on business development, company administration & finance, and strategic planning for Inclusive Employers. Previously he was a Director at L&Q, one of the largest and most successful Housing Associations in the UK and has extensive practical experience of successfully managing and developing large teams. He brings a wealth of knowledge of how organisations work to inform the inclusion agenda.

Claire Williams
Director,

Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MSc in Human Resources. She has substantial operational experience and has developed and delivered HR strategy in many different organisations. Claire’s measured approach to complex problems and focus on practical and workable solutions enables us to deliver comprehensive support to members and non members. See consultancy.
