Heathrow Academy is helping residents to gain long-term careers at Heathrow through a Pre-Employment programme that provides training and guidance as well as career opportunities with a wide range of business partners. Once settled in their careers, individuals can explore the vast range of development opportunities that the Heathrow Academy offers, including language courses, Team Heathrow inductions, bespoke training and out portfolio of career-building apprenticeships. Careers Fair – Heathrow
Our Jobs and Careers Fair runs annually each February
Our 9th Heathrow Jobs and Careers Fair took place on 11th February 2016, enabling airport-based employers with live vacancies to meet nearly 6,000 talented young people from the local community.
The Fair took place at the Park Inn by Radisson, Heathrow and welcomed visitors from Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Slough and Spelthorne.
Over 76,000 people work at Heathrow across more than 400 companies. This event allows employers to showcase the many diverse career opportunities on offer. Free to visit for students, and free for our exhibitors too, each year the Heathrow Jobs and Careers Fair offers the perfect arena for Heathrow’s future workforce to find out about careers available for them and the skills that might be required.
