We are committed to bringing together diverse talent from all backgrounds and we welcome interest from applicants who want to offer their skills, experience and enthusiasm to make a difference for us; for the benefit of our customers and the communities in which we work to make a difference.
We want to get to know you and that starts with having a conversation about how an opportunity at Allianz could enhance your career and develop your skills.
Take a look at our video to get a feel for life working at Allianz:
Meet some of our people:
Allianz makes me feel valued and respected as an employee. When I first started I thought as it’s such a large company any efforts would go unrecognised. I’ve since realised it’s a great company to work for and each member of staff is valued and rewarded for their hard work.
And they push me to achieve – I’ve been on underwriting, mentoring, customer retention and objection handling courses. There’s no such thing as sitting still here, they’ll help you reach for the sky.
Allianz is a great company to work for – there really is a diverse bunch of people here and they all have their own goals and ambitions, which makes for a really nice atmosphere to work in. There are lots of opportunities to move around the company.
I’m going to be taking a BMW home insurance course soon and I’m also taking some training for a more senior role. I’ll then step up to that for a few weeks to experience what it’s like to be a leader here. And after that, who knows!
Working as a Lift & Crane Engineer Surveyor
Allianz Engineering is a large known company in the UK with a good employment package and offers good development opportunities. Learning about all types of plant and applying my existing engineering skills to this new plant and the challenges it would bring. The biggest advantage to being a Surveyor has to be working from home and managing your own work.
Engineer Surveyors also have a great opportunity of support and development open to them in the form of the Engineer Development Programme (EDP). It is a great opportunity for both the individual and the business to learn and develop from each other. As a recent delegate on the EDP programme I can highly recommend it for both personal and professional development.
